Community Wellbeing in Westminster

Our wellbeing hub in Westminster provides a safe and supportive centre where you can meet with people in a social setting and take part in activities, or engage with services which will help improve wellbeing, build confidence, reslience, skills, connections and independence.

Hub services and activities are available to people using our services and to anyone who wants to improve their mental wellbeing, connect to their local communities and get more out of life.

We work in partnership with our service users, volunteers, the council, health services, other providers and organisations to build a menu of services and activities to help you to:

  • Develop your interests and become more active
  • Better manage your emotional and psychological wellbeing and deal with difficulties
  • Get to know your local communities and connect with peers
  • Get into education, training, volunteering and work
  • Have more say about the support and service you receive in the community
  • Make friends and have more fun
  • Move towards independence and life beyond services

Our current offers include:

  • Weekly one to one health trainer sessions in partnership with Living Well
  • Fortnightly Advice on welfare benefits, housing, debts in partnership with CAB
  • Weekly Fitness and Fun sessions in partnership with London Sports Trust
  • Weekly Internet Cafe with on site technical advice and support
  • Weekly Walking Group in partnership with CNWL

Learning 4 Life

Regular courses, classes and workshops on a range of topics delivered in partnership with Workers Education Association (WEA). Starting in October we will be running:

      • Creative Writing for Wellbeing - Thursdays 1400-1700.

Health Trainer

The health trainer will help you to be active, eat a healthy diet, give up smoking, reduce your stress and improve your emotional wellbeing.

The NHS health trainers run a free service from our Westminster Hub. To book your place please call 0207 099 3333 or contact Fayten on 07572 656 412. Alternatively please fill out the referral form below.
