Wandsworth & Westminster Mind merged on 31 March, 2015 to form one charity. We are now a stronger organisation able to offer exceptional services to people with mental health difficulties on either side of the Thames. Most of our services operate in Wandsworth and Westminster, but they are available to people from neighbouring boroughs too.

We have combined the knowledge and expertise of our talented staff, management and governers and can offer our service users, commissioners and partners more.

Volunteer or Donate

We are always looking for high calibre volunteers. We have a particular need for trainee counsellors to help staff our Talking Therapies and Wellbeing Services. We are also looking for befrienders who can add some sparkle to our Flexicare service. If you have any time, skills or money you can donate, we’d love to hear from you.

We hope you enjoy browsing our new website. Please contact us with any questions.

Get Involved

We’d love to hear from you. There are loads of ways of getting involved in the diverse things we do. If you would like to access counselling, housing support, art classes or our wellbeing hubs please see our list of services.

I'm delighted to see the launch of Wandsworth & Westminster Mind. Mental health problems are not confined to north or south of the river-they affect one in four of us. It's an innovative move to bridge the Thames so that more people experiencing mental health problems can be supported.
